Winning - New Health Program for 2026
Winning is a health program inspired by sport and built for anyone who wants the best from their body.
I spent the first 25 years of my life trying to win. I spent another 15 years as a licensed health professional helping other’s trying to ‘win’. I thought I should have program that speaks to that.
Winning is all of the expertise I have accumulated to date, packaged into a deliberate program that both promotes health and maximizes your physical performance.
Program Breakdown
Assessment
Comprehensive assessment (2 hours) - medical history, current health, orthopaedic, physical conditioning, nutrition, behavioural, psychological, values, goals, social and lifestyle barriers, etc.
Collaborate on what Winning means to you in the next year. We chart out a path to help you get there and how we will measure success.
Follow Up Consults
Winning doesn’t come easy, it takes hard work, and support. Follow up visits support lifestyle behaviour change and support of other treatment recommendations.
10 X 30-40 minute visits (Remote)
Physical “Tune Ups”
These are 2, in person visits, specifically targeting your physical body, just like an athlete would require. Some hands on, some assisted mobility work, some wisdom and advice, and some exercise guidance.
These visits can be used as needed, for emergent physical complaints, or pro-actively to groove your workout routine or improve your posture, range of motion or stability.
Q and A emails and phone support
Unlimited brief contacts (pharmacy calls, etc)
Collaborative Use of Technology for Self Monitoring and Feedback (Polar, etc)
Technology on it’s own has low efficacy for promoting behaviour change. But when used as an adjunct to professional guidance, it works.
Self monitoring is critical to knowing whether you are on the track.
Group Support
Group visits have unique benefits that one on one visits lack.
Winning when you are part of a team feels great. Experiencing challenges while in a team can feel less bad ;)
8 Group visits planned. Dependent on adequate sign ups.
Cost
$1,960/ year
If you wish to use extended health care toward a portion of the fees, this can be arranged, reach out to me to learn more.
Note that all portions of this program can be purchased separately - paying a program fee is not a requirement for care.
Commitment
This program is inspired by the commitment that athletes make to being better, and getting better requires time, there are no quick fixes when it comes to your physical health. We make commitments because sometimes doing what we feel is important can become challenging over time. By defining our goals and our commitment to them in advance we make ourselves more resilient to those challenges. Having a caring professional to offer expertise and support along the way is essential to success.
Maybe you will win. Maybe you won’t. Trying is everything.
